I've seen them for that on theAM... eBay, i.e., but from a dealer they are a lot more expensive. Even $12-14 ea. is ridiculous for a light bulb.
As for the LED versions, I've seen them on eBay too, and the price isn't that bad, but not my taste. I'm wantin' to get rid of the things altogether and smooth out that fender bulge.

I'd say if you go with removing them to add the LED mirror covers. I like the look of those, but would never put them on unless I shaved the side markers. Having both on there is about as bad as having 3 center brake lights (one stock, and one on each spoiler you added :lol to me. Well maybe not quite as bad.

Apparently Mazda agrees. 'Seen a pic of the CX-9 lately? They stole my long standing idea!! Now we'll all be wanting to INSTALL repeaters.
