Same recall was issued in New Zealand in 2010( Mazda 3 only - don't get Mazda 5 here ), we have had two very slow customers bring their cars in within the last week or so for the repair.

Thanks god in Europe we hace Electric power steering , it function only under 12 mile/u. afther that it will desconect, and no consuption , , it will let te engine alone.
