2016 mazda 3 side view mirror replacement

Hi guys, I just ordered a replacement part for my passenger side and the wrong piece came in only the cap showed up but the piece I need is in the picture attached.

The lower section is part of the complete Mirror assembly, not a separate part.

There are three main parts available, Main assembly - Glass - Colour Cap/cover.
