Default Flaking surface on my new Mazda2

Hi,

I bought a new 5-door Mazda 2 sport about 5 weeks ago and the black surfaced panels around the driver's and front passenger's doors are starting to flake off, showing the green paint underneath.

I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem? There is no other damage to the car; I took it back to the dealership to complain and they've taken some photos to send away, but said that, because it appears like external damage, they probably won't do anything. I take good care of my car and don't expect that sort of damage on such a new car and am not sure what to do next.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks
