RE: Replacing Brake Pads
Hey buddy, I got less knowledge about it, infact I am now suffering from it. I have the same problem with you as of now regarding my rear mazda brake pad, but somebody told me to check if my repair manual is still there bacuase there might be a step-by-step procedure that you can found in there and some told me to get a mechanic out there.

RE: Replacing Brake Pads
Should not be any different to replace the rear pads as it was the front. Remove upper and lower caliper slide pins and lubricate with silicone or synthetic grease. Press the caliper piston in untill seated. Replace the pads and reinstall caliper and slide pins. Where are you having the difficulty leopold2.
Procedure may be different for you minnie as some models require the caliper to be rotate to retract or retract by using a set screw in backside of caliper.
