Greetings all,

I have a 2010 Tribute with 30k + miles that has an intermitten noise that just started under the dash about where the driver looks at the steering wheel. As soon as the noise starts upon turning the key it only lasts a second or two then does not come back. There is no indication of what causes the noise nor does it effect the performance of the vehicle. The recent noise sounds like a loud clicking or knocking.
