Left town this past Saturday and after driving about 90-95 miles on the highway I noticed the O/D Off Light was blinking on the dash panel. It blinked for the remainder of my trip (approx. another 120 miles). As soon as I turned the car off and back on again, the O/D Off light had discontinued blinking.

Upon my return home the next day, about 50 miles into my trip I encountered the same problem and It continued until I made a stop about 100 miles down the road. I drove the remaining 30 miles home and the O/D Off light did not come on.

The vehicle has just over 81,000 miles and I have owned it for a little over a year and is covered under a warranty purchased at the time of purchase for 3 years or until 100,000 miles.

What concerns should I have? And what approach should I take to getting it looked at and fixed.
