2003 Mazda Tribute P0430 code
I keep getting this code P0430 with CEL on. It indicated downstream O2 sensor. I just replaced the flex tube, muffler and tailpipe (all had cracks or holes) and it seemed better for a while. Now I have a distinct miss at 1500rpm when I am coasting around 50mph and it needs to accellerate on a slight incline. It will miss, cutout, sputter and then quickly shift down to the next gear and up to 3000+rpm and everything is fine. I have all of the detail info for the codes (STFT B1 S2, O2S B2 S1, etc.) and I don't know what they mean. Could someone interpret for me? I am having the downstream O2 sensor replaced by a friend, but from what I have read, this may not be the problem. Please help! thanks!
Is it possible that the 240 mph tornado winds my Tribute encountered deposited debris in my rear resonator, causing copious amounts of back pressure??? I had everything replaced from the flex tube back to the resonator... maybe I should cut it off? I appreciate your input.

P0430 indicates Bank 2 catalyst system efficiency is below acceptable threshold
have seen this plenty of times on tributes you need to replaced catalyst convertor on front side of engine and silencer in middle of exhaust
CONVERTOR IS COMING APART FROM THE INSIDE AND CLOGGING UP AND CAUSES RUNNING RIGHT ISSUES AND P0430 CODES
