Default sterring

I got a little bit on the front wheels with another car and since then, I have difficulties to turn steering wheel left, right.
Stability control system, the little icon down in the car (compression) are on
lighty on the dash.

Most likely the front wheels need to be aligned. If the contact was sort of heavy it may be necessary to adjust camber. Camber is normally not adjustable but there are so called "crash bolts" which allow for a little bit of adjustment.
If it is out of alignment to the point that it cannot be adjusted to factory specification then the sub frame has been knocked out of location or the frame has been bent. A frame alignment would be expensive.
