did you also change your plug wires in your change over? Have you checked your new code yet?
Maybe a similar problem to mine(vacuum leak). I checked/cleaned my: EGR, IAC, MAF, spark plugs, coil packs, fuel injectors, throttle body, and then searched for a vacuum leak. The spark plug was rusty?? Hmmm. Get the code checked and work from there.
