Where to start.... I sold this car to a customer a while back. He had a blow out on I-75 and ripped/pulled the small harness under the drivers side fender down going from kick panel fuse box to under hood fuse box.

Just got a ECU from a very reliable source pre-flashed for my VIN.
When I turn key on no contact from fuel or main relay, and when I hook up a scanner it has no signal to ECU. When I hold down the main relay and hook up scanner it reads, but has no codes. Holding down main also does not turn on fuel pump relay, I have to manually hold both relays to complete the circuit. Holding both relays down will give me everything I need besides spark. Lets pretend my ECU is good (Because I can get my scanner to read it)
I checked all vital leads from kick panel and under hood fuse panels, I check wires from ECU to coil packs, Coil packs to ground. All is good and no wires are broken or do not ohm. ECU also gets power from the main relay.
I also checked signal from ECU to cam and crank sensors, and also have no broken leads.

Please someone give me some ideas because I'am pulling my hair out right now
