Use plenty of rust penetration spray and use a pipe wrench / monkey wrench / stillson.

Welding cast iron is a specialty job. Will you do it yourself?

Automotive technology. Might add welding next semester. It wouldn't come off at the manifold so I traced it around to under the throttle body and got those off.

Your teacher must be impressed with you. you want to know how things work and you do research on your own. I predict you will have a fine career.

MAF/fuel pressure regulator/pcm all suspect. Disconnect the maf and see if it starts.

Also check the wire harnesses if there is contamination, corrosion, chafing or anything else.

I'm really hoping that it will be easy to replace the wiring. I've looked all over for the connector. Maybe I could replace the wire and try to reuse the connector. I don't know..
