Default '91 protege w/ couple electrical problems

Hi,
Looking for some help.....

Does anyone know where (if there are any) fuses are for the rear window defrost and the cruise control is? Just bought the 91 protege LX with the 1.8L and 5speed. Both of these 2 features worked for the first week. First I noticed the rear defrost didn't work (switch doesn't light up either) then the cruise stopped working. I've looked at the fuse box under the dash by the drivers left foot but did not find any fuses linked to either of my problems.

I'm thinking these are simple fixes but not sure were to look.
Any other ideas?

Thanks,
Dan K (first message/new to the board)

Fuse for the rear defroster is in the underdash fuse block and is labeled DEFOG. Fuses that would relate to the cruise control system would be labeled METER and STOP. Do both of these switches get backlight illumination when the headlights are turned on?

Oh, and welcome to the board Dan K.

Yeah, my Proto's defrost doesn't work either... My car is missing the fuse cover under the dash... If anyone has a diagram, that would be awesome!

My light doesn't come on either when I flip the switch.
