[hr] here's the deal, i have two 200 protege's i'm dealing with. 1 is a 1.8 that my girlfriend just bought, it won't start from time to time, you have to push the key in just right, prolly 1 out of 50 times nothing will happen, jiggle the key and it'll start. cheap fix? it has high miles, it may be just work key not hitting the tumbler?

protege #2 belongs to my boss's mother. It is a 1.6. It was recently flooded half way up the doors. Instead of letting insurance total it, they had me clean it up. the whole interior came out for a week, everything was dryed, cleaned, all the fluids changed, (trans fluid seemed to have water in it) brakes taken apart and cleaned. You could never tell by the time i was done. Drove it around for a couple weeks..... now, it won't start. Good battery, plenty of juice to accessories, when you turn the key, you can hear the relay in interior of the car click, but the starter motor doesn't even turn over.

PLEASE HELP!!!
