Spark plug replacement 1999 b2500

How do I remove the coolant line that covers the plug closest to the firewall in 99 b2500? Does anyone have any info on this?

Your truck is really a 1999 Ford Ranger 2500. Post on a Ford Ranger forum, or post some really good photos here. There may be an alternative to removing that coolant line, with special tools.
