Found this rather clean 1989 B2200 for $250. Seller said the engine was bad. I don't think it is. No knock, no ping but it shakes violently. Has a really bad miss. After work today I will spend some more time figuring out what its not firing. Might get luck and it will be something simple like a bad plug or wire.

 

Does anyone know if someone makes motor mounts to put a SBC in a B2200?

 

Great find. Check compression, plug wires, distributor cap, vacuum leaks, EGR stuck partially open.

 

Found this laying on the power steering pump and behind the header. Block has a hole in it the size of my hand. Time for an engine swap.
