Default New here, 95 B2300 clutch replacement questions

Hey there. I'm brandspanking new, and I hope this forum can help me out. If so, I'll stick around and be a part of a new community.

I've got a manual 95 B2300 2.3 that has a worn out clutch, thanks to some idiot messing with kill switches and alarms and leaving some box thing under the flooring and behind the clutch, preventing proper movement. I bought a chilton repair manual, and it has some diagrams and the steps for replacement, but it totally skips over any of what I must do with hydraulics, bleeding, etc. I've NEVER do anything like this, only doing oil changes, a few belts, and an alternator. I have no clue what not to mess up, what steps to take, which ones are risky (rather, which ones need extra care), etc. I have never messed with hydraulics and the like, so can someone point me to some videos or a site that will help me learn what I'm doing first?

Also, in a bit of a rush I bought a Sachs clutch repair kit from O'reilly's. was this a mistake? Should I only go with OEM? What was OEM for 01/95 B2300s? The one I bought has a lifetime warranty, I thought that would make it a safe purchase, but now I'm wondering.

Sachs is a well-known clutch products manufacturer, OK by me. To replace the clutch, the transmission must first be removed, but you know that. The slave cylinder on the side of the transmission simply unbolts from the transmission during this repair and you tie it up out of the way; you do not need to disconnect its hydraulic lines at all.

Make sure to get a repair manual, lots of stuff to unbolt. Good luck. And remember a 1995 Ford Ranger is 99.9% the same.
