Unhappy Help!!!!!!! b2300 is killing me

ok a serious post for anyone that can help I just replaced the ignition lock cylinder in my 95 mazda b2300 i can get the car to start drive the car have no problems until i try to shut it off i can pull the key out and the car will not turn off i have to put it in gear and take my foot off the clutch to get the car to stall and then unhook the battery to get the lights off ive been dealing with this headache for two days can't see any broken wires near the steering colum or anything along those lines anybody have any ideas what to do next

Was this condition there before you replaced the ignition lock? If not why did you replace the lock?

you may also try changing the PCM Power relay. May it stays stuck ON:
