is the b2600 87 and 89 cylinderhead compatible?

Hello, I have a 87 mazda b2600, I beleive it has a 85 head on there but it has some valve issues.. my friend has a broken 89 and I can get the cylinderhead for free but I can't seem to find out if its compatible..

if its free I would see if it bolts on then go from there. Just my 2 cents
