Default 91 b2200 acting weird! please help

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with my b2200. It recently started hesitating every once in a while when driving as if its not getting gas or its miss firing. No check engine light. It has shut off on me several times at stop lights and when it finally gets fired up it seems as tho when I'm giving it gas it has no affect on the truck. It will be changing its idle between 1000 - 2000 rpm and I cant get it to go any faster than maybe 10 mph. Eventually I can get it going and it runs like a champ. I couldn't be more confused. I changed the fuel filter, distributor cap, spark plug wires, and a cracked hose from a vacuum leak. Still randomly it will act up. Some ppl tell me its a fuel pump, but I checked the fuel line i'm getting gas, I have spark, and no vacuum leaks. Maybe MAF or something??? any advice would be helpful thanks.

Hey...
Well, it sure seems like vacuum trouble to me. Are you certain there is no leak at the intake manifold? It's funny, though, that it would start running fine after some amount of trying, yet stall at a light.
I have experienced a car doing that once and it was the intake air duct that was cracked. It would idle fine in park, but any amount of torque on the engine would open this split and cause the (MAS?) to cause a stalling condition.

In another case, the vacuum hose connector to the brake booster would cause a leak on acceleration/(torque).
