Default '80s B series Diesel. Need help.

My Dad passed away a few weeks ago and I inherited his Mazda B series diesel pickup. He bought it new but it's been parked a long time. Maybe ten years. I'd like to get it running and drive it. I'm going by his house this weekend and take some pictures and get some information off it.
I found this board on Google. Could someone help me through this project?
Thanks in advance.
Rob

i am not an expert but seen some shows where long stored vehicles involved. Definitely change all filters---both oil and fuel filters. Drain oil and check condition. Try to manually turn crankshaft---if you can't this may be a big problem. You may have to change all fuel lines and possibly gas tank. Fuel injections may need cleaning.
I can't help you on specifics and am moving so this is it.

Thank you Noggin. I plan on doing all that. Injectors probably need cleaning or replacement. And a new battery is in order.
The truck is free to me. So a few hundred to see if it will run is a good gamble I think.
Thanks again,
Rob

Fuel pump may also be an issue of concern

It's a 1983 Mazda B2200. My dad bought it new and it has 94,000+ miles on it. It's been sitting over a decade. The window sticker was in the glove box.
Engine is an S2. Looks like a Perkins 4.135. Five speed manual transmission.
NAPA has the oil filter, oil bypass filter and fuel filter as well as a battery.
I need to take a leaf blower to the engine bay. The squirrels got under the hood blanket and the acorns poured out when I opened the hood.
What do you think guys? Where should I start?
Knowing my Dad, the battery went dead and he parked it. There were jumper cables on the front seat. I think it's when he bought his new 2002 Ford 350 diesel. He only put 39,000 miles on it before he died.
