Default 626 pistons in B2200?

It's commonly known that the F2 engine was used not only in the B2200, but in some Mazda 626, MX6, and Ford Probe cars. The truck used the 8 valve head, the cars used the 12 valve head.
From what I read, the 12 valve head was open chamber, the 8 valve head was closed chamber, and the car pistons had less dish to keep CR at 8.6 with the open chamber head. This means swapping the car pistons into the truck engine would give a higher compression ratio because of using them with the closed chamber head.

My question is "can I use the car pistons in my B2200 with no valve clearance problems" ?

If I can, then I'll be buying the 626 overhaul kit for my B2200.
I will appreciate your input,
JT
