4x4 indicator light + RFW switch

Default 4x4 indicator light + RFW switch
my 4x4 light on the dash stays on. ive changed the RFW switch and nothin, then i changed the 2 vacum lines to the acuator and the RFW switch came ON and the 4x4 light remains on. any ideas out there
