Default 2003 Mazda B2300 Right Rear Brake Cable Interchangibility

Hello Everybody! I have a 2003 Mazda B2300 and the rear brake cables are seized. Got a left rear coming, but the only place I can find the Right rear is from Mazda. Can I use a cable from a 2003 Ranger, with similar brakes of course (9" Drums?)

Yes, the right rear cable from a 2003 Ranger will work. I chose a right rear brake cable from a 2003 Ranger with rear 9" brakes, because that's what brakes I have. If anyone needs a part number for this just ask but it's probably easier and quicker to use the auto parts store.
