Default Cobra Eyes on '98 B4000?

Anyone got any tips on installing them, running the wires, and where to hook them up for power?

take alot of measurements and look under the liner under the hood so you can miss any braces
i put a set on my old ranger didn't like the way they sprayed on the windshield and after about 6 months the hood started to rust(my fault i guess for not putting paint or sealer on the drilled holes)

i can think of better ways to waste my money now[8D]

I don't want to drill them into the hood, is there no way to get into the existing hole on the passenger side?
