Mazda Mpv LW5W OBD schematic from 17 pin to OBD2 16 pin
I need help. My Mazda is Mazda MPV 2000 LW5W imported fom Japan.
My check engine came on. I bought an OBD2 16 pin Bluetooth diagnostic but Mazda Mpv is 17 pin.
Bought a 17pin to 16pin obd2 connecter but it's not reading.
Wondering what the conversion schematics would be.

My Mpv has a 16 pin socket under the left side of the dash, kind of pointing down. The plug in you are looking at is for Mazda dealer connections. Now I see you are in Malaysia, are you sure your car is obd2 compliant?

Am sure that my Mazda MPV 2000 is OBD2 compliant after connecting to a specialised 17 pin to 16 pin converter as I had sent to my local mechanic and they had read my ECU before.
The problem is I had bought an OBD2 bluetooth reader and a common market mazda 17 pin to 16 pin OBD2 connector and its not reading.
Maybe the converter cable isn’t matching my Mazda MPV pin connections.
I have found the Mazda Positive (pin 1) and Negative (pin 11) to match the 16 pin OBD2 pins.
Now am confused which Mazda FEN (Pin 4), MEN (Pin 3) or TEN (Pin 2) should connect to which corresponding pins at OBD2 16 pins?

On my earlier post mentioned, my ECU was read before by my local mechanic which uses a specialised 17pin to 16 pin cable to OBD2 diagnostic which was made in China.
Now how i wish only if someone could assist me in advising the schematic which 17pins connections to connect to 16 pin OBD2 to make it work.

Just wanna share with fellow Mazda MPV that i had finally managed to DIY an OBD2 socket to my DLC wiring.
Finally i could read the error codes and delete it... Hurray !!!!
Below is the attachment of the wiring schematics to pin.
