Front Crankshaft Seal
Well, i did need help with this at one point, but i'll just make it so someone else can have the steps on how to do it instead now. Since i got tired of trying to find answers, i went and bought alldata for the MPV..

FRONT OIL SEAL REPLACEMENT
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the drive belt.
- Remove in the order indicated in the table.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
- Hold the crankshaft pulley using the SSTs.
- Remove the A/C compressor with the pipes still connected
- Remove the crankshaft pulley using the SST.
- Remove the front oil seal using a screwdriver as shown.
- Assemble the front oil seal using part A of the SST [303-335 (49 UN30 3335)] and the SST [303-102 (49 UN01 002)].
- Apply clean engine oil to the oil seal.
- Push the oil seal slightly in by hand.
- Compress the oil seal using the SSTs.
- Seal the keyway in the crankshaft pulley using silicone sealant.
- Install the crankshaft pulley using the SST and the crankshaft pulley lock bolt washer.
- Hold the crankshaft pulley using the SSTs.
- Tighten the new crankshaft pulley lock bolt in four steps.
- Tighten to 120 Nm (12.2 kgf-cm, 88.5 ft. lbs.) .
- Loosen 360° (one full turn) in reverse order.
- Tighten to 47 - 53 Nm (4.8 - 5.4 kgf-cm, 35 - 39 ft. lbs.) .
- Tighten85°- 95°.
- Install the A/C compressor.
