Default 01 MPV emission testing woes - required drive cycle?

Trying to get through emissions testing in Missouri which reads the sensors via the OBDII port. I ended up replacing a faulty IMRC and intake manifold tube (hose) this weekend and drove about 100 miles, some city driving and the majority highway, and during the retest this morning three out of the four sensors came back not ready.
I'm sure I just didn't to the right kind of driving (or enough I guess). Does anyone know the specific drive cycle that has to be accomplished and if there is any way to determine if the sensors are reporting. I don't have unlimited retests here in the Show-Me state.
