No Tilt
I had the same problem. It is due to the age of the motor that controls the tilt. The motor can be fairly easily removed by drilling two holes in the dash under the steering wheel. Aligh the holes so that you can get a screw driver into one of the two large phillips head screws that secure the motor to the steering column. Once you have it out, the motor comes apart by unscrewing the screws that hold it togetnher. Once apart, take the apature and clean with any contact cleaner removing as much af the carbon filings as possible, reassemble and re-install. The tilt should not work for you. Good Luck
