low compression on cylinder 1-4, no compression on 5 and 6.
I posted here a few months ago about my soon to be purchased Mazda Millenia. Its a 1995 2.5L V6, and I currently can't get it to start. We pinpointed the fuel pump as the number one suspect, and since then we have fuel coming up no problem. We checked for spark, and we have it. The problem now is that we have about 30 psi in all 4 cylinders, and 0 in cylinder 5 and 6. We aren't sure if it's a head, or if we need to adjust the timing belt.
My OBDII scanner says my timing is advanced 18°, if that means anything to anyone.
All advice is appricated!

i would say the engine has jumped time, at the crank. which means both heads are in time, but not with the crank, that is why the compression readings are low on both. you will have to pull off the timing covers and check the marks, to see if they all line up. however, you should be prepared to do a full timing belt job, because the labor to pull the covers is half what it takes for a timing belt. if it did jump time, most likely the tensioner took a dump, and/or the teeth on the belt. and keep in mind that the value of a 95 millenia is pretty low, i would guess that the parts alone for a timing belt are more than the car is worth.
