Now, the resevoir is fine, but antifreeze is coming from somewhere behind/around the engine. Upon trying to locate the source of the leak it looked like it was coming from everywhere, because it had covered just about every hose visible. I can't immediately tell if it is a bad or loose hose or the awful thought of the head gasket. I look forward to getting my Haynes Manual, but any help or advice is welcomed.

if you had to have someone change the coolant resevoir, a haynes manual aint gonna help you. the coolant resevoir is so simple to change, if you cannot do that job, you need to think seriously about getting rid of the car.
head gaskets dont leak externally, they leak internally. you would see white smoke out the exhaust, and coolant would be disappearing. here is what i would do. first off, clean the engine. then using a coolant pressure test kit, fill the system, and pump it up. now look for leaks. you can rent a kit from places like oreilly's, autozone, etc. if coolant is around the firewall area, i would suspect one of the heater hoses. if it is from the front, i would suspect a crack in the radiator. if the radiator is leaking, the fan will blow the coolant all over the place. and if you cannot change the coolant resevoir, the radiator is way beyond your expertise
