Hello, I have been having issues starting my 2002 Millennia 2.5L. I believe the issue is either the ignition switch or the starter. So I'm starting with replacing the switch.

I assume I will have to remove the large cover to access the ignition switch. The thing is, I don't see bolts or screws (well, aside from the steering column cover) on the lower front dash cover.

Is there a method to pulling the front dash off? I'm worried I'll damage the piece trying to remove it.
