The 1250 code did not turn on the CEL but is a code indicating a fault in the fuel pressure regulator control solenoid valve circuit. This is just a vaccum switch solenoid that cuts vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator for fuel pressure control. Probably just need a new solenoid valve.
P0431 did turn on the CEL and is telling you that the Left side Warm-up catalytic converter is failiing an efficiency self test. Converter should still be covered by Federal emissions warranty thru Mazda as that warranty is 8 years or 80,000 miles. Check with your local Mazda dealer about this one.
As for the air bag light flashing, you are going to need to count the flashes as this is giving you a code that something is wrong with the system. Once ignition key is turned on the light should turn on for 5 seconds ,shut off, and then start flashing. This is the code output. Long duration flashes (1.5 seconds of light on) represent the tens digit and short duration flashes ( 1/2 second of light on) represent the ones digit of the code. For example if the light flash pattern is 2 long and 5 short then would be a code 25. If only 6 short flashes would be a code 6. If only one code is stored it will just be repeated over and over. If two or more codes are stored then will output lowest number to highest and then repeat.
Code numbers that can be output are 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 22, 25, 26, 32, 35, 37, 91.

exactly were is the the fuel pressure regulator control solenoid valve located. Also could it be linked from the mass air flow sensor? Because I went home last night after someone cleared out my codes with Snap-On scanner and my CEL came on after 11 miles and the car was bucking? Did the car not like this or whats the deal. also my TCS off light came on and the TCS light also. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

most of the tcs problems seem to come from vacuum leaks. that is an inexpensive start, but labor intensive.
the cat code will probably return, but not for a while. you should then not get the lite erased, but take the car to the dealer, and let them change out the cat. it wont cost you anything, unless you let them sell you more work.
