Default Wind Noise after new top installed in Miata

My 1999 just had a new top installed by a local trim shop. I got the top from Robbins and it looks great, but on the way home, as soon as I hit 40mph, I heard wind noise from the front windshield header area that I know was not there with the old top. The Trim shop guy says he can't fix it as the only adjustment is at the latch. He did not know how to do it, but I figured it out and it only seems to make the latch tighter or looser with no affect on the wind noise. Any ideas? I did not change the header seal. It looks good.

A gap may be causing the wind noise.

Is there any sort of rubber seal that might not be seating properly?
