Default CX 9 and bluetooth connections with Samsung phones

Have had a Cx9 for six months and consistent and continual issues with bluetooth connections and constant dropouts of the connection. Any one else experienced the same?

My wife had issues with her Samsung galaxy also...but my Moto X was working fine. It seemed to resolve itself after a day or two and I'm convinced it wasn't the car but her phone. It was doing exactly what yours is...it would literally hang up after about 15 seconds of conversation...really frustrating.

Mazda advised:

did you block the message transfer from phone to head unit?
we have found the root course, issue happening when phone receiving a message from computer and then transferred from phone to head unit.
If you didn't block the message transfer, pls follow the tips which i attached here.
