Default Front Passenger Seat Removal Info

Considering removing the passenger front seat in order to install a component rack on the floor where the seat is now. Do not need the seat and would safely like to remove it. The seat rails would remain but just the seat and seat back will need to go. My question, Unplugging the connectors under the seat will apparently affect the air bag system on the passenger side. Anyoneelse have any other advice on removing the seat. Thanks.

Update. No replys or suggestions apparently means that this procedure has not attempted yet. I looked closely under my seat and found several electrical connections attatched to the seat rails. I guess these are sensors for the airbags in case of impact where the seat would thrust forward with enough energy to trip the sensors and deploy the side airbags. Not sure if the removal of the seat is going to work as I had hoped. Just wonder if I unplug the sensor connections, it will effect the whole system. I think I'm going to have to contact the dealership and ask the tech advisor. Was hoping to maybe catch a tech surfing these forums for advice.

If you unplug the connectors your entire airbag system will be defective & non operational.

Is there any way to remove the back off of the front passenger seat? and will that affect the airbags?
