Default What kind of code reader do I need buy?
For my 2001 626 with the little 'diagnostic' box in the engine bay.

I want to buy one from ebay to read a check engine light code but they seem to have hundreds of them.

Just a basic OBD II reader will do fine, for free you can go to Autozone or maybe O'Reily and they check the codes for free.
