Make sure the ground is good. Check the other 12V sources with a test light to verify power is there when it is supposed to be. If power and ground are correct then the motor is faulty.

Hi All,
I have a broken mast also. Where can I purchase a new mast for my 1995 Mazda MX6?
I have been told that there my be broken pieces of the old mast that may be in the motor assembly that remove before attempting to insert new mast. Any advice appreciated.
