If this is what you mean...here is a pic of the end of it.
The coax cable is about 3.5mm in diameter. All you have to do is pull it straight out of the radio. At least this is the case on US vehicles.

I didn't know that you meant disconnecting the motor for the power antenna. It did not even come to mind as the 323s in the US did not have power antennas. Where is the antenna located, on the fender or on the windshield post? The best thing to do is get the antenna in whatever position you want it then disconnect it at the electric motor.
