Ok, i really can use your help. my car has been in the shop for too long and just when I thought I was getting it back this weekend,bad news

so my auto guy bought the new replacement bumper for my 2002 626 v6-es. anyways,my bumper originally had holes in it where the fog lights shine out.

the new bumper doesn't have those holes and he told me that he couldn't find the part that should be where the hole is. I guess you need a part that surrounds the rim of the hole after you cut out the shape from the bumper? anyways he cant find that part so he offeredme the option of just leaving the bumper by itself and have no fog lights. i think that's a dumb option so I am hoping someone knows what i am referring to and can tell me where to get that partor what to do.

anyways, i was able to look at the old piece there and find these words on there:

part control 15692
lot #: 000 566 389

problem is,i searched everywhere for those numbers and names,but didn;t get results anywhere. PLEASE help me if you know where to get this. If you own the same modelas me, it would also be helpful if you can tell me what ur number says if u can see it at all...

i am really frustrated and depressed i can't get my car back this weekend with this happening

 

Sounds like they just ordered the wrong bumper to me. If they painted it they are stuck with the replacement cost. You should not have to cut holes to mount factory fog lights. I would call a dealer and give them the VIN and get the part number from them of the bumper it is supposed to have. If they screwed up ordering it then it is on the body shop that painted the wrong bumper.
