Default Intake seal change difficulty

My 96 626 has a sizable air leak which I have tracked back to the air intake seal. According to the manual, there are 2 bolts that might be difficult to get to on the bottom. My question is, given an average level of competence from a guy used to wrenching on vehicles in his spare time, how long does this job take? Is this an all day thing, or just an afternoon?

Anything I need to know about that Chiltons doesn't spell out?

This is a manual, 4 cylinder engine.

Thanks.
