I have a 5 year old Mazda tamura. In the last few months it has started squeaking when I turn the steering wheel...particularly at the start of a journey. Does anyone know what this is and if I should be concerned?

 

Squeak is a difficult think to diag over the internet. That said, have someone outside of the vehicle and turn the wheel. If the noise appears to be coming from the area of the wheel, lower control arm/ball joint may be the culprit
