I have a 2008 tribute.. when motor is running I take off oil fill cap .. there a lot of air flow with sound coming out of fill hole.. like it an exhaust port lol... does this mean my PVC valve is clog??? also engine idles differently when cap is off??

Possibly, remove the PCV valve & see if the idle changes. There is only one PCV on the V6 motor.
1. Remove the PCV valve.
2. Blow air into the PCV valve by mouth and verify that the airflow is as indicated in the following table.
• If the airflow is not as indicated in the following table, replace the PCV valve.
From port A to port C :::: Airflow detected
From port B to port C :::: Airflow detected
From port B or C to port A :::: No airflow
