Default Mazda6 won't start and is doing strange things

My 2003 manual Mazda6i wouldn't start today. I checked the battery with a voltmeter and it read 12.7 volts. It doesn't turn over at all, and the meters flicker back and forth when I try to start the car. The auto locks don't work at all. I tried the hazards and they make a loud buzzing sound. The security mechanism light does flicker off and on. Has anyone experienced this before?

Things to check when car won't start: No fuel pressure- mazda fuel injector might be bad. it might be bad fuel pump relay. Can you hear the pump running? or no ignition spark, - it could be a bad coil. DME problem or bad rotor arm. try also looking at dirty connections, clean everything. check also the spark plugs and starter. give us an update regarding this problem.. good luck

Will it start up if your connected to another car? Sounds like insufficient voltage out of the battery to me.

Is there any corrosion around the positive or negative terminals of the battery?
