Mazda making me pay for TPMS reset/relearn
TPMS light went off recently on my 5 month old CX-5. Called the shop (eastside mazda in willoughby ohio) and the tech asked me if I had checked the pressure on all the tires and told me to reset it and explained the procedure. The next day it came back on and I took it into the shop. I'm now being told I have to pay a fee to have a reset/relearn procedure run and it's not covered by the warranty.
UNBELIEVABLE!
This car has been pretty unreliable so far (bad oxygen sensor and now this) in 5 months and it seems to be pretty unscrupulous for the dealer to tell me to reset it and then say I have to pay for a relearn because it wasn't reset properly.
