Default 1990 B2200 Fuel Pump location

I am trying to restart my B2200 after 2 yrs. of sitting idle. Although I have started it occasionally - It doesn't want to run this time. It will start after "priming the carberator" but it quickly goes dead. I plan to change the fuel filter but I'm wondering if worst comes to worst that I may have to drain and clean the gas tank and possibly have to change out the fuel pump.

I'm wondering if the pump is inside the gas tank and what is involved in changing out the fuel pump on this model.

thanks
