Windscreen

I have been driving my Cx-9 for a few weeks. At first I didnt notice but my windscreen appears defective. There is distortion- like looking through orange peel- everything is blurry/distorted. At first, I thought my screen was dirty but the whole front windscreen is distorted. Anyone else have this. I am taking it back to the dealer when I get a chance this week.

Yes I have noticed the same thing. Frankly, I just thought it was a special tint on the windshield or something because it really doesnt bother me.  When you find out what it is please let us know....thanks.  

I agree Kent... I think it also may have to do with the angle of the w/shield... with the tint etc... I'll post to my dealer rep to see if there's been any other concerns about it.

I took it in to the dealer today and he agrees that the windscreen is defective. He did not answer how many others he has seen but from the speed of his actions- it seemed routine. It will be replaced at no charge to me in a couple of days.
