Windows Stuck

I have a '00 Protoge LX with the drivers side window stuck in the down position. The motor appears to be OK. It acts as if the window came off it's track. Anyone seen something like this and how do I fix? I did find a yellow piece at the bottom of the door that appears to be part of a pully system.

if the car has a pulley setup for the elec. windows, you should check both ends of the band that connects the window to the motor, also check for any binding and of course a snapped band. if you have a track with rod type setup make sure all connections are good, then check the track to see if there are any obstructions or if the window mount itself has broken or come loose, I hope that helps.......let us know
