What Color is Your Mazda3

I want either the True Red or the Galaxy Grey. I don't know why the Purple is even available...it doesn't match the personality of the car at all.
 
Some colors that I would love to see the 3 in that aren't available are Dark Red, Yellow, Burnt Orange, and Forest Green.

i bought the carbon gray. it loooks reallly good. its darker then silver and a little bit lighter then black. really looks nice. kind of a smokey colour

Carbon Grey, True Red, and Blue look the best in my opinion. Those are the only colors that make the car look FAST!
 
Quick question, I want to buy a red one but I'm afraid that it may stand out on the road. Does anyone have a Red 3? Have you gotten pulled over a lot by the cops? I'm in Chicago, and I don't want to buy a flashy color becaues I don't want people to steal it. But it looks so good on this car!

if your young DONT buy the red. the insurance company will nail you hard for driving a red car because they consider that fast. the carbon gray looks the best and the electric blue is alright but its bright imo. if you want a car that looks good especially when its clean get the carbon gray.

Look up PHANTOM BLUE MICA...best color around u dont see it on anyone elses car. it changes a little based on the light that hits it as well.

yeh thats what mine is, with the 17 inchers too it realy stands out. Nice to be looking in the parking lot and having ur car stand out becuase no one else has the same color

well actually there arent that many that look like mine. most are gray blue or red or black. not many have the carbon gray mica

I have an 04 Mazda 3 thats RED and i zip around town like 15 mph over the speed limit all the time and i havent been pulled over yet.... Im 19 and my insurance is the Same as my 01 dodge dakota which is like 200 a month. You can always contact your insurance company and they'll give you a quote on it,,

well im 17 almost 18 and my insurance is about 430 a month and i have an 08mazda3 GS. gahhh for the prices of insurance

haha i pay $200 a month!! but im also under my parents name... lol
 
anyways, to answer the original question, mazda3's do (or have) come in dark red, lava orange, and i believe are darker orange, yellow (in some parts of the world), a lighter blue (cosmic blue), and then all the normal colours.

oh, and jaimie, i didnt know u were even younger than me!! lol.

Insurance rates do not go up because of the color of your car. Insurance companies look at the VIN which does not include what color the car is. This is actually a commonly believed myth.
Also, people do think of red being fast pshycologically, however, there are no stats that say that red cars get pulled over more than any other color. In fact, its more likely its because its a sports car, not just because its red.
Your bright red volvo isn't going to get pulled over more than your creame colored Ferrari, for example.

see there you go your under your parents name.... im under my own name. i guarantee you would be paying the same thing if you were under your own. ahhh welll. i gotta pay for it anyway annnd paying the car off isnt fun. are you on a lease or financing

I have an 05 s and i got it in titanium grey metallic. When i was looking for the car i really wanted the winning blue, but my dad was buying the car and he didnt want me to get that color because it was too flashy and he thought it would get pulled over alot. I liked the carbon gray mica but that was only available for the SP2.3 which is now know as the s GT. They now offer the darker grey to all models but im satisfied with my choice. About getting pulled over, I saw a poll somewhere that said that yellow cars get pulled over more often than other colors.

Actually all of those colors have been offered on 3's at some point or another.

currenty, my parents pay the lease.
oh, and i have 3 points on my license, so that kinda affects my rates a bit lol
 

and my car is a base model as it gets. the only option i got was A/C.
and if i could, i woulda so gotten the power package.
not having power windows or door locks sucks ass!!
cuz i have to make sure all my doors are locked when ever i leave my car. and i have to get out of my car to roll down all my windows..ugh, its such a hassle... and all that to save just $10/month..

gahhh thats exactly what im doing. all of my income is paying for it all. so i understand where your coming from. but to be honest its good at the end of the day to feel that at least i have a car that wont break down on me annnd if it does TAKE IT IN AND THEY FIX IT HAHA. thank god for warranty. you got 3 points on your licence LOL. for what speeding?

and i dont have much warranty left.
i had a rattle, and mazda blamed it on my exhaust. i cant bring it in for suspension work anymore, cuz im lowered, then there is my intake, which im sure could void something.
lol meh.
18,000 km's now, and no problems at all (at least not with car, im having a couple problems with my aftermarket parts tho...)

wow careless driving... thaaaaat sucks bad. what were you exactly doing. was it a burlington cop or OPP?  haha i have 4000 KM on my car  and thus far the only problem was the wind noise and that was fixed. well your warranty you still have alot of warranty left what 60000 KM. you bought the car brand new right?

ya, technically i have 60,000km's worth of warranty left, but ive voided so much of it now, that mazda wont touch my car anymore haha.
 
and i rolled my parents truck a year and a half ago. right in front of M.M. robinson high school.... when everyone was on their lunch break.

Well shut my mouth. I did not know that. Why are they not offered on the 07 and 08 models? Those are great colors; I like yours a lot. Wanna sell it to me for 10K?.....is worth a try...sorry. Great reply tho! Thanks
