I have a 2000 MPV and when it rains, water accumulates in the passenger side footwell in the front. Has anyone experienced this before? What can I do to fix this problem?

Make sure the drains in the door(s) and cowl are clear of debris. If you have a sun/moonroof, make sure that those drains too are clear. That will likely solve the problem.
